This is such a beautiful and unique property only a short tram ride from the centre of Bordeaux, but close to the train station and local shops (Spar and Boulangeries, etc).
The staff member on during the day at the front desk was amazing! Helpful, so welcoming, and made our stay.
The staff overall was so kind and we enjoyed our time in Bordeaux so much as a result.

Great location. Room was spacious and staff was pleasant. Wine bar a bit on the expensive side relative to other establishments in the area, but the pleasantness of the bar tender was an offset. Note- if you prefer or need a soda/cola sans sucre (sugar free) they did not have that at the hotel so make sure to purchase elsewhere.

Nightmare
"Drove for 10 hours when we got there we were told everything shuts at 8:30 had to drive if you needed food went to the toilet in reception it was filthy. Even though we paid for the stay we turn round got in the car and left"
